Red Carpet Gala FAQ
What should I wear?
Formal, black tie optional attire is suggested, such as a tuxedo or suit and tie; cocktail or long dresses; or evening separates. (CLICK HERE to view photos of last year's guests!)
Where should I park?
Free, covered parking will be available for our guests at the Storrs Street / Capital Commons Parking Garage at 75 Storrs Street, conveniently located across the street from Arts Alley. There is also limited metered parking on Main Street. Guests may be dropped off at the main entrance of Arts Alley at 20 South Main St, Concord, NH 03301.
Should I eat before I come?
Food will be coursed starting with passed hors d'oeuvres during the cocktail hour (5:30pm - 6:30pm). Dinner service will begin at 7:00pm, followed by dessert.
Is there a coat check?
Yes. Coat check will be located near check-in.
Is the price per person or per table?
Tickets are $150 per person. If you are attending with a group, you may also purchase a Table of 8 for $1,200 total.
What does a ticket include?
Passed hors d'oeuvres during the cocktail hour, a plated dinner, coffee and tea service, and the evening's entertainment — all while supporting Red River, Concord's Nonprofit, Community-Driven Cinema. Individual tickets are tax-deductible up to $95
I am not attending with a group. Can I still participate?
Absolutely! We'll assign to you a table with other guests prior to the event.
We don't have a full table (8 people). Is that OK?
Yes! Individuals or small groups will be seated together with other guests to complete a table.
I purchased a Table of 8 but did not provide my guest details yet. What are the next steps?
Prior to the event, you will receive an email from us, providing you with directions and a dedicated form for sharing your guest's names and meal selections (please be aware, this email will only be sent to the table host, or primary contact in your group). Once you've received this email, you may either share the form with your guests or fill it out on their behalf. If you have any questions, please contact Sam Doyon at sdoyon@redrivertheatres.org.
Why should I pre-register my credit card for the event?
To enhance your experience and help ensure a seamless check-in and check-out, we encourage guests to pre-register their preferred credit card for the evening. Pre-registering your card facilitates all event purchases and allows you to move more swiftly through check-in and check-out, giving you more time to enjoy the evening. Your credit card will only be used for donations or purchases made during the Red Carpet Gala Fundraiser.
For your convenience, you may pre-register your credit card as a part of the online event registration process (when you are purchasing tickets or registering as a guest). During checkout, you will have the option to securely add your credit card by selecting the authorization checkbox at the bottom of the page and completing the brief form that follows. All credit card information is encrypted and securely stored, and your card will not be charged unless you make a donation or purchase during the event. (Please note, your card will not be charged for these gifts or purchases until the week after the gala.)
